Almond Crunch Candies

1/2 c almonds

6 medjool dates

1 TBS almond butter (optional)

Chocolate bar, 70% cacao

Put almonds and dates in food processor, mix till gooey ball forms. Optional: Stir almond butter into mix.

Shape into round bites. Place on dish lined with wax or parchment paper.

Melt chocolate bar. Spoon melted chocolate on top almond cups. Freeze for 30 min.
