12 medjool dates
1 c water
1 tbs cocoa, heaping
1/2 – 1 c oat milk
vanilla
dash pink salt
Add dates and water to blender. Blend until smooth. Add cocoa and milk to date sauce in blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add to saucepan. Add salt. Heat on stove on low-medium until sauce is very warm. Do not let it boil. Remove from stove and add vanilla. Drizzle over ice cream or eat plain!
